CATEGORY A: RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY

Maximum compensation: 500,000 Thai Baht for structural damage

CATEGORY B: COMMERCIAL/BUSINESS

Maximum compensation: 1,500,000 Thai Baht for business operations

CATEGORY C: AGRICULTURAL SECTOR

Maximum compensation: 300,000 Thai Baht for crop/livestock losses

CATEGORY D: PERSONAL PROPERTY

Maximum compensation: 100,000 Thai Baht for personal belongings

Legal Eligibility Requirements

  • Thai citizen or lawful permanent resident status
  • Property located within officially declared disaster zones
  • Damage occurred during period: September 28-30, 2024
  • Complete documentation of losses with evidence
  • Application submitted within statutory 90-day period
